High Touch announces regularly scheduled Webcasts
Wichita, Kansas - June 30, 2006
Recognizing the need for frequent interactive communications with client partners, High Touch has committed to regularly scheduled Internet and telephone webcasts. High Touch partners with WebEx to manage the technology and communication tools to successfully link clients around the nation into an Internet aided real-time conference call.
The first webcast is scheduled for Tuesday, July 11, 2006 and will focus initially on the High Touch Version 15 PRO/Store upgrade, Linux convergence and related topics. The session is scheduled to run 60 minutes, including a 20 minute Q&A finale. Audio with video recordings of all webcasts will be made available on the High Touch Client Intranet site.
Director of Marketing & Sales, Dennis Fairbanks believes this simple, but efficient communication model will prove useful for both High Touch and HT clients. "The webcast is an interactive medium, so we hope to come away from each event with as much valuable feedback as possible while using technology to encourage open communication with our loyal client base. This is an appealing service as High Touch makes its resources and expertise available without client investment in unnecessary travel costs (time or money)."
