High Touch, Inc. renews SonicWALL Gold Partner Status

High Touch is pleased to announce the renewal of its Gold Channel Partnership with the SonicWALL Medallion Partner Program. Since the adoption of the Managed Services business group in 2003, High Touch has fulfilled the commitment of two staff members confirming their real-world knowledge and experiences with SonicWALL security products and applications.
To satisfy the requirement, Jason Kittle and Brian Straight were both designated Certified SonicWALL Security Administrators (CSSA). To achieve Gold Partnership status, members must certify one sales staff member as a Certified SonicWALL Sales Expert (CSSE), employ two technical staff members as Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator (CSSA) and certify one technical staff member as a Certified SonicWALL Global Management Administrator (CSGM).
By maintaining these levels with SonicWALL, partners are provided additional benefits including greater purchase discounts and personal technical support advisorsTrevor Henke, Managed Services Manager says, “Being a part of the SonicWALL Gold Partnership affords us the ability to provide the utmost service, support and care for our clients.”
